Premium Rate 12%
Bonds up to $1000.00 will be charged a minimum of $120.00 plus applicable fees
Bonds over $1000.00 will be charged a 12% premium of the bail amount plus applicable fees
Note: In the State of Louisiana there is a 12% premium of the face amount of the bond or $120.00, whichever is greater.
